BIOGRAPHY

Mira Hanna is a senior associate at the firm and has more than 10 years of experience in general law related matters. Her main areas of practice are civil and business, corporate and commercial laws.

Mira Hanna has been involved in numerous transactions involving advising on, drafting, negotiating and reviewing several types of contracts in dual English and Arabic, e.g. construction including FIDIC, real-estate, commercial, lease, corporate related agreements, shareholders agreements, MOUs, JVs, etc.

Mira Hanna graduated from the Faculty of Law at La Sagesse University in 2008 and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
